Olivier
Chief Operating Officer
Olivier has been Chief Operating Officer since 2017, monitoring the company’s growth and ensuring operations run smoothly. He is known for his ability to build highly efficient and functional collaborative work environments.
Strong of his 25 years in the SaaS and MarTech industries, Olivier held several management positions for high-profile, successful companies such as Taleo, ServiceNow and PetalMD.

Vice-president Product Marketing
Olivier has worked with Crakmedia since 2016 and has over 30 years of experience in marketing. He uses his outstanding business development skills to fuel Crakmedia’s phenomenal growth and confirm its place among the best in performance marketing.
He has held management positions for several brands, such as Provigo, PetalMD or Palais Montcalm, and agencies such as Cossette and Tink.
Julien
Vice-president Web Strategy
Search engine marketing (SEM) and optimization (SEO) are no secret for Julien, who has worked for Crakmedia since 2014. He started as an SEO expert and became VP of Web Strategy in 2022.
Julien has a master’s degree in strategic marketing specializing in e-commerce. He held several positions in marketing and SEO in France before immigrating to Québec to join Crakmedia. He and his team ensure that our partners’ advertising is seen by high-quality traffic more likely to interact with them.
Gino
Vice-president Research & Development
Gino became VP of Research & Development at Crakmedia in 2019 and is leading one of the largest teams in the company. He brings exceptional expertise of over 30 years, including over ten years as an Agile coach, project manager and scrum master. He has worked for companies in various sectors, such as agri-food, cosmetics, insurance, ERP software development and several government agencies.
Gino aims to make his teams ever more self-sufficient by coaching them on the best software development practices to improve our solutions' stability, efficiency and performance.
Stéphane
Vice-president Data & Analytics
Data is at the core of Crakmedia’s business, and Stéphane is its mastermind. He has a master’s degree in Statistics from Université de Montréal. He has held several management positions in analytics and client intelligence for renowned companies such as Reader’s Digest, Clear Cell Group and National Bank of Canada.
Stéphane has been lending his expertise to Crakmedia since 2021, crunching through a tremendous amount of data with his team to optimize advertising campaigns performance and, thus, the return on investment for our partners.
Frédéric
Vice-president Creatives
Frédéric has been part of Crakmedia since the beginning as a founding member. He first assumed the role of Director of Marketing for a little over 11 years before moving to the VP of Creatives position in 2016.
He has directly contributed to Crakmedia's success as a leader in performance marketing and its desirable position at the top of the most popular platforms among advertisers and affiliates worldwide. He has built the company’s high-performance Media Buy department from the ground up with a few of the world's best web advertising placement specialists.
Samuel
Vice-president Solution Architect
Samuel has been part of the adventure as a founding member of Crakmedia and has always worked on developing the company’s digital solutions. He started as the first programmer in the company to become Director of Development and finally VP Solution Architect in 2014.
His deep understanding of our field of expertise allows him to find the best solutions to Crakmedia’s many technological challenges to ensure our competitiveness in the performance marketing industry.
Guillaume
Vice-president Finance
A certified accountant second to none, Guillaume has been an analyst and mission leader for renowned accounting firms like Ernst & Young and PWC after completing his studies at Université Laval in accounting and earning his CPA designation.
Guillaume joined Crakmedia as Director of Finance in 2014 and became VP of Finance one year later, in 2015. He makes sure the company is performing well and remains profitable every trimester by implementing strategies to guide the exponential growth that the company has been experiencing in the last few years.
Maxime
Vice-president Affiliation
Joining the company in 2015, Maxime has held several sales and customer service positions, allowing him to develop abilities in traffic monetization, campaign optimization, and marketing and sales strategies. All those experiences prepared him to become VP of Affiliation in 2022.
Maxime has a degree in Design from Université Laval and has learned the ways to the ultimate client experience at Apple before joining Crakmedia’s team.
David
Vice-president Advertising Operations
David cumulates close to 20 years of experience in performance marketing and has been VP of Advertising Operations at Crakmedia since 2022. David currently manages and oversees Crakmedia’s fast-growing team.
Over the last two decades, he held several management positions related to almost every aspect of e-marketing, from online advertising to media placement and traffic monetization offer creation.
Samuel
Vice-president Product management
A graduate of Université Laval in Public Affairs and International Relations, Samuel has 10 years of experience in digital marketing, has been a political advisor and election campaign manager, and has held various marketing and communications management positions since the start of his career.
His role at Crakmedia has continued to grow and transform since he joined the company in 2017. Becoming Vice President Product Management in 2023, he is in charge of establishing the growth and profitability strategy for the various platforms created and operated by Crakmedia to offer the ultimate user experience to our customers and business partners.
