Being a Social Media Specialit at Crakmedia involves: ensuring a bright image for our various brands on their respective social platforms, as well as growing social communities around our company’s most prominent products and services.

At Crakmedia, a Social Media Specialist is in charge of: 

• Creating and overseeing a social media calendar for our main brands while working hand in hand with our product unit managers;
• Researching content and collaborating with our design and copywriting teams in order to create new material; 
• Measuring and analyzing online impact, drawing up performance reports, and developing strategies to grow and stimulate engagement from our audiences;
• Keeping up with the best industry trends and practices, as well as keeping an eye on the competition; 
• Lining up social media decisions with existing omnichannel campaigns; 
• Any other related tasks. 

To be able to perform in this position, we believe it is important that you:

• Hold a CEGEP or university degree in marketing, communication or any other pertinent field;
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management; 
• Are familiar with specific tools such as Later, Rebrandly, and Social Studio; 
• Are capable of handling numerous projects at once;
• Are bilingual.mark
