Account Manager – Customer Experience

Job description

Crakmedia is a global leader in web performance marketing. With an experienced media buying team and its own affiliate marketing platform, the company has experienced significant growth over the past 3 years and aims to maintain this pace for the years to come!

At Crakmedia, an Account Manager – Customer Experience is responsible for:

  • Developing, maintaining, and growing the revenue of the current customer base;
  • Managing customer inquiries;
  • Handling the basic responsibilities of a front-line agent by responding to inquiries from new affiliates;
  • Providing customer service to an international clientele;
  • Collaborating in the development of tools to facilitate first-level customer support;
  • Establishing a strong initial contact and maintaining the quality of relationships with our business partners.

To be successful in this role, you need to:

  • Have completed a college or technical-level training program in a relevant field;
  • Accumulate at least 1 year of customer service experience;
  • Possess excellent communication, advisory, and sales skills;
  • Be available and open to working on an unconventional schedule (5 days a week, including weekends);
  • Be perfectly fluent in English (spoken and written).
